Returns + Exchanges
It is my absolute priority that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and your item can be returned depending on the case.
- Item can be returned if it was damaged upon arriving at your doorstep.
- Item can be returned if a mistake was made by me on your order .
- Item can be offered an exchange if it was damaged within 3 business days upon wearing it under no fault of your own (i.e. a clasp broke, or chain snapped). In this case, I will pay to have it shipped back and will fix it for you free of charge.
- Item cannot be returned if you decided you do not like it. If that is the case, I will do my best to find a design that you are satisfied with.
- Item cannot be returned after 10 business days of being in your possession. If your item breaks, please email email@example.com and I will do my best to assist you and may offer to fix free of charge or give you a replacement depending on the case.
Exchanges can be made within 10 business days if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the jewelry you ordered. Item must be exchanged in "like new" condition and must have no damages.
You may exchange if you chose the wrong ring size, necklace or bracelet length, or chose the wrong type of metal or gemstone. However it must be undamaged. Shipping fees may apply depending on the case.
